TEAM RCMS was created to bring back parent involvement into the middle school. The TEAM is made up of a board of 6th, 7th, and 8th grade parents, middle school teachers and the school principal. These individuals meet once a month throughout the school year to coordinate parent involvement in various school activities. TEAM RCMS parent volunteers have assisted with the following events:

• Back to School Bash
• Parent/Teacher Conferences
• Talent Show
• Fun in the Sun
• Library assistance
